He has extensive experience in international affairs, having lived and studied in Israel and the former German Democratic Republic, where his parents were representatives of Mexico. She speaks Spanish, English and German, she has basic knowledge of French and Russian.
In the public sector, Guerra Castellanos was a Cultural Attaché at the Mexican Embassy in the former Soviet Union; Press Attaché at the Embassy of Mexico in Germany and Consul General of Mexico in Toronto. He was also Director of International Information of the Presidency of the Republic.
