He has been General Counsel and Senior Vice President of PepsiCo in Mexico and several Latin American countries, responsible for legal functions, corporate and government affairs as well as crisis management, with a career spanning more than 20 years.
He was General Counsel and responsible for Government Affairs of Bristol – Myers Squibb and Ford Motor Credit Company in Mexico. Previously, he was Deputy General Counsel of Ford Motor Company in Mexico and associate of Creel Abogados, S. C.
Founder of the Executive Council of Global Companies (CEEG), where he is currently Secretary of the Executive Committee.
He holds a Law Degree (1986) from ITAM and has postgraduate studies at INAP (Madrid), Harvard University, IMD (Lausanne) and the Chicago Booth School of Business.
He has been a professor at ITAM in several Bachelor's degrees and in the Master's in Administration, as well as a columnist for the newspaper El Economista.
